Some New York thoughts:

1) I can probably listen to Randy sing "You are beautiful" a few thousand times.
2) Idina and Kristen are perfectly cast as Elphaba and Glinda. I cannot imagine anyone else playing those characters.
3) When Randy sang "Let's dance", this man behind me said "Wow!" :D
4) If I never see another LV bag (real or otherwise), it will be too soon.
5) Empire State Building took over 2 hours of my life that I'll never get back.
6) Travelling with my Mom is not always a good idea.

Just read the full interviews on Advocate.com. I'm trying to picture Justin in yoga class. He's certainly flexible enough :P Actually that makes me wonder if Randy practices yoga since the flexibility is really his.

The whole tone of the interview feels different without the editing. Randy seems quite disappointed that Justin has not matured enough in the last 4 years. I guess he doesn't realize that it's only 2(?) years according to TV world. I also want Justin to want more than working in the diner. The whole "Boys Becoming Men" theme is not happening fast enough for Randy or me. They have 17 episodes to go. Better get moving! Still wish that Randy loves Justin as much as the rest of the cast loves their characters, but I actually liked him being sarcastic about the whole thing.

And Peter pulls off tangerine better than anyone I know :)

I really want to read the full Q&A that Randy did for the Advocate. Hopefully it'll be up on their site on 6/22. It's not news that he doesn't like B/J, Brian, and Justin. I get the feeling that people are more angry at him this time because he specifically said Brian has betrayed, lied to, humiliated Justin for the past 4 years. If he had simply said something like "The QaF writers suck", there probably wouldn't be as many people criticizing him because we've all agreed with that statement at some point. The B/J'ers have had to defend the B/J relationship over and over again, and here's Randy saying exactly the thing that has been used to attack B/J. I think some people are jumping all over him now because of this and saying "I'm angry at Randy because he's unprofessional" sounds better than saying "I'm angry at Randy because he hates what I love and he gave ammunition to my enemies."

Anyway, I think Randy was so blunt because the question started out with "If Justin were a real person..." :P Hopefully CowLip will really put the focus on B/J in S5 and let their relationship evolve and grow past the non-defined. I'll be happy, most of the fans will be happy, and *maybe* Randy will be happy too!

I'm taking my mom to see Wicked in mid-July! Of course, she doesn't understand why we have to go in the heat of summer and would rather go after August. I told her that there will be a cast change at end of July and we have to go before that.

My Mom: Honey, if they're on Broadway, then they must be good. It doesn't matter who's in the cast.

Me: Tickets have been booked. We're going!

Hee! :P I want to see another musical in addition to Wicked. Have already seen Rent and Phantom. Maybe I'll try Chicago or The Producers.

Seems like a number of fans are quite angry at Randy for his recent interviews. I wonder if any fan's ever called him and left obscene messages. If it's possible to track down the number of an internet user, it seems easy to find out the number of Randy Harrison. Just curious at the encounters that made him so wary of the show's fanbase.

Thanks to BT, I don't have to search for season 4 episodes on Kazaa or wait a year for the DVDs to come out. 4x01 is available here.

So according to The Village Voice, Randy's boyfriend of 2 years is Simon Dumenco, a writer for New York magazine.
